Growing up I always received a little treat on Valentine’s Day from my parents. Whether it was Sweet Tart hearts (my favorite), a new book, or a pink and red sock bouquet, gifts for kids on Valentine’s Day can be thoughtful and inexpensive.
Does your child like cake pops or chocolate covered strawberries? Shari’s Berries is one of the best places to order Valentine’s Day treats! Use code LOVEBIG20 for 20% off your order. They are one of our favorite presents to receive in the mail and to give to others!
Here is a fun and free idea for kids this Valentine’s Day.
Write compliments for your child on 14 paper hearts. You can paste one heart a day on their door for the month leading up to Valentine’s Day. Or fold each heart up and place them inside of a mason jar. Then give the jar to your child!
I often prefer homemade gifts because they are more sentimental and less wasteful. Another great idea for is to give your child something they NEED instead of want. One year I bought the girls rain boots for Valentine’s Day because they needed a new pair!
